The Specialist Skills stream is for highly paid specialists, and the Core Skills stream covers occupations on the Core Skills Occupation List. Employer Nomination (Subclass 186)

Now, we are going to discuss Subclass 186 which is The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS). It is a permanent visa category where you as an employer can sponsor workers to work in Australia based on their qualifications and skills.
