I am genuinely grateful to the team at Visa Pro Migration and Education Services for the way they handled my father’s Parent Visa matter.

Our original intention was to apply for Subclass 864, and unfortunately, due to a communication misunderstanding, the application was initially lodged under Subclass 804. When we realised the mistake after lodgement, we were extremely worried and stressed, especially because this was such an important application concerning my father and our family’s future.

What happened afterwards completely changed our experience.

The team at Visa Pro did not simply apologise and leave us to deal with the consequences. They took the matter seriously and worked extremely hard to correct the situation. They prepared and lodged a fresh Subclass 864 application without charging us any additional professional fee. They also went through numerous communications and follow-ups with the Department of Home Affairs regarding the original application and continued pursuing the matter until the refund was eventually obtained.

For us, this was much more than just a visa application. It was about our father, our family and a very important stage of our lives. During a stressful situation, having a team that continued to communicate, follow up and stand besides us made a huge difference.

Nobody wants to face a mistake in an important immigration matter, but what matters most is how the situation is handled afterwards. Visa Pro took responsibility, went beyond what we expected and genuinely tried to make things right. Most importantly, they did not make us feel that we were left alone to deal with the problem.

I truly appreciate the effort, patience and commitment shown by the entire team. Their willingness to resolve the matter without asking us to pay again for the corrective application and even refunding us the difference amount between the applications was quite impressing for us .

Thank you, Visa Pro, for standing by us when we needed you most. I would genuinely recommend Visa Pro Migration and Education Services to families looking for an immigration team that not only handles applications, but also stands by the people when things become complicated.
